Service Engineer

Job description

• Provides consistent, on- time delivery of complete and properly functioning equipment to customers.
• Performs scheduled preventive maintenance services to all hospitals with equipment installations.
• Performs repairs, adjustments and calibrations to all equipment as requested by customers.
• Accomplishes and submits on- time and accurate service reports to customers and to Senior Service Engineer/ Head Service Engineer.
• Ensures all medical equipment are properly maintained and checked before use in product demonstrations.
• Coordinates and assists the Sales and Marketing team in the conduct of product demos.
• Provides training for end-users as well as in- house personnel in the proper use and care of the equipment's.
• Confers with supervising personnel in order to address questions, problems and requests related to biomedical services.
