Overview
On behalf of our client, who is an Original Equipment Maker (OEM) in the built environment space, we are looking for a Service Engineer with the following details :
Responsibilities- To lead a team of technicians to maintain a portfolio of equipment in servicing, repair, modifications, and callback.
- Customers' point of contact in terms of feedback or request pertaining to equipment, resolving issues, reports, etc to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor equipment performance and handle problematic lifts & escalators to achieve targets as well as continual improvement.
- Plan, Implement, Monitor & Control the progress of chargeable, non-chargeable works, monthly servicing schedules, and callback roster.
- Provide leadership, technical guidance, and support to subordinates.
