Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily service operations, including workshop and field service activities
- Assist dealers in the main sales regions to improve service network construction and parts stock
- Solve aftersales problems and complaints
- Assist dealers' service person to solve aftersales problems
- Manage the parts warehouse, parts inventory, dealers' spare-parts stocking and parts sales
- Training service skills and Lovol Agriculture internal system
