DELIVERING RESULTS
- Ensures proper management of labor and equipment resources to cover all customer needs and maximize utilization objectives.
- Manages Accounts Receivables to meet or exceed the goals of the department.
- Meet sales budget
- Submit to C1 a labor utilization report, rework, customer satisfaction and response time.
COLLABORATION
- Solves operational concerns raised by his subordinates.
- Evaluates performance of teammates and recommends appropriate actions to C1 in order to improve his subordinates' skills.
