**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:**
+ Able to schedule multiple projects with daily business and drives WIP completion with oversight.
+ Creates high team morale.
+ Provides frequent and effective feedback.
+ Works with GM/VP, as well as direct reports professionally and efficiently.
+ Advocates MCA safety vision/goals
