Responsibilities: Will be responsible to design and develop the solution and get it implement for different ServiceNow applications and integrations from initiation to completion, tailored to the customer requirements. Creation/implementation/modification of ServiceNow ITSM/CSM/ others components Monitor technical documentation and assist/participate in QA and user training activities.
