Service Reliability Engineer
As the Service / Site Reliability Engineer, you will be required to assume technical leadership on the Operational environment for the entire range of IT Infrastructure and Software layer deployments.
Main Responsibilities
- Contribute to and implement standard operating procedures for BAU activities
- Work with cross-functional teams to address and identify opportunities that will translate into increased efficiency, standardisation, and defect prevention
- Contribute to and maintain Knowledge Base articles that can be a reference for IT operations at the global level
- Deploy latest generation solutions (Full IT Stack) at customer sites
- Embrace the Change Management process and advocate its importance throughout the organisation
- Testing, deploying and configuration of new systems.
