Title/Position:  AftersalesService Solutions Internship

Work Schedule:  Hybrid (3 days in office) 
Salary:  £26,000 or £28,000 depending on your university degree level. 
Main Purpose of the Job The Service Solutions team is in charge of After‑sales contracts and connectivity for Trucks. We manage a profitable business in R&M and Connectivity services, focusing on revenues and customer after‑market retention. It is our responsibility to manage relationships within Company, Dealers, and final Customers, aiming to maximize customer satisfaction for our R&M and Connected services products. You will learn to use and understand the key concepts of the After‑sales contracts offer while supporting the Service Solutions manager in day‑to‑day operations, contributing as an active member of the team.
