LATAM Service team is responsible for the operation and maintenance of the turbines in Brazil.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of multiple wind farms, ensuring optimal performance of turbines and adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet operational goals, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and workforce deployment.
- Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate turbine performance, resource utilization, and safety compliance.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence to Quality, Safety, and Environmental (QSE) standards.
- Collaborate with the planning team to ensure resource availability and alignment with operational targets.
