Job Description
Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each:

- Service Contract loading and tracking on oracle.
- Managing invoices and on time submission to all customers.
- AR follow-ups on payments.
- Invoice reporting for tax filing.
- OPF and EPR creation for Internal and external suppliers.
- Shipment handling for all service Spares orders.
- Issuance of SR and CE assigning.
- Handling DPG warranty and ASP performance TAT.
- Handling spares inventory movement and replenishment.
- Handling warranty cases for 3 phase, thermal and monitoring items.
- Handling of repair cases for rectifier warranty.
