Service Team Leader - medium and low voltage motors & Drives
This position reports to: Service Manager
Your role and responsibilities
- Responsible for the operation and execution of services (technical supervision in field, follow-up, customer contact and resolution of complex situations).
- Organization of field activities, planning of service activities for the team in charge.
- Direct contact with clients, follow-up of satisfaction and fulfillment of objectives according to the agreed service.
- In charge of warranty processes (registration, monitoring, direct response to customers, technical research and supply of warranty materials and services).
Qualifications for the role
- Bachelor in electrical engineering, electronics, mechatronics, electromechanical or related careers. Master's degree or specialization related to services and engineering and commercial or marketing studies (Desirable).
