Service Technician (Bogotá)

Your main responsibilities

• Disassemble, inspect, troubleshoot, repair and replace parts and re‑assemble pumps, pump systems and accessories in a field service and/or shop environment
• Ensure warranty claims are dealt with fairly and timely for all parties, completing necessary administration tasks for traceability of jobs and hours allocated
• Enter and analyse data through SAP and FAS, monitoring issues and resolving them quickly and effectively
• Accurately capture failure data and record all failures in standard Grundfos reporting tools and the FAS system
• Ensure quick turnaround and reliability of repair of serviced products
