Based in Sydney. we are seeking an expereicend Service Technician, for performing routine maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on commercial kitchen equipment.

Responsibilities inlcude;
Conducting comprehensive inspections to identify malfunctions, faulty components, and potential issues.

Troubleshooting and resolving technical problems efficiently to minimise downtime and maximize functionality.

Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client concerns and offering expert recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.

Accurately documenting service calls, repairs, and parts used, maintaining detailed records and reports.
The Person

As a service technician professional, you will be able to demonstrate:
Mechanical aptitude and outstanding problem-solving & fault-finding abilities.

Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams....
