Your tasks will be: 

IT support by telephone and e-mail

Problem analysis and resolution

Remote user support

Incident processing and solution as well as documentation in the ticket system

Installation and training of the software at the customer’s site

Preparation of task-specific technical documentation
You have the following skills and qualifications:
