Service Technician

POSITION SUMMARY
Provide for the company the installation and removal of commercial and domestic washer and dryers as well as maintains a customer base by providing excellent customer service. To respond to service calls as promptly as possible; and strive for no later than next day service. Perform necessary service in a quality manner promptly and efficiently. Visually inspect machines and correct any deficiencies.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform all duties as assigned by manager/supervisor.
•
Review all service tickets for routes assigned.
•
Ensure all necessary service van inventory is stocked and accounted for.
•
Maintain petty cash to cover all refunds and unanticipated developments.
•
Complete work order and service ticket for each machine worked on and turned into receipt box each day.

Turn in all used parts and parts replenishment list to the parts department for replacement after each shift.
