JOB SUMMARY:

Service Technician will be based in Nuremberg, Germany and working from the corporate office with minimum supervision, providing both, troubleshooting and user support. The role requires excellent focus to diagnose customer problems, along with good communication skills with both customers and team members.

The main objective is to perform remote support for our customers throughout Germany reach the office via service hotline.
