Service Technician - Shop

Overview

Brandt is currently looking for a Service Technician - Material Handling for our Calgary location. The Service Technician is responsible for independently performing basic to complex diagnostics, service maintenance and repair work on customer and/or dealer owned equipment efficiently. They are also responsible for providing quality service to customers and ensuring all issues are resolved satisfactorily and in a timely manner.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Financial Performance: Operate within budgets and approvals established by the Service Manager.
• Financial Performance: Maintain high levels of productivity, efficiency, and gross margin to contribute positively to branch goals.
• Financial Performance: Achieve and uphold a quality of work metric of 98%, ensuring work is completed correctly the first time to minimize rework and enhance customer satisfaction.
