Service Technician

We are seeking a proactive Service Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will diagnose, repair, and service AV and lighting equipment, manage parts and components inventory, perform preventive maintenance, and coordinate with overseas suppliers for RMAs. The role requires strong technical problem-solving, good communication in English, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Service and repair faulty AV and lighting equipment, assemblies, and components. Diagnose faults, perform troubleshooting, and implement effective repair solutions. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime and extend asset life. Manage parts and components inventory: monitor stock levels, conduct cycle counts, issue purchase requests, and maintain organized storage.
