Role Overview

We are looking for a ServiceNow AI Modules Developer to design, develop, and implement advanced AI-driven solutions within the ServiceNow platform. This role focuses on leveraging ServiceNow AI capabilities to enhance automation, user experience, and operational efficiency across ITSM and other modules.

What You Will Do

Develop AI-driven solutions in ServiceNow, including Now Assist, AI Agents, AI Search, predictive intelligence, generative AI, Self‑Service. Design and implement AI‑powered workflows and automation using Flow Designer, Script Includes, Business Rules, APIs.
