Key Responsibilities:
Design, Develop and implement ServiceNow customization and automations
Gather requirements and business process knowledge from various users and document them
Maintain and improve existing processes to ensure ongoing efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with business and technical teams to design and deliver high-quality solutions.
Prepare and maintain technical documents for future reference and knowledge
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
