A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for a ServiceNow Business Analyst.


Position type: Full-time, Contract (W2)

Duration: 12 Months Contract w/ extension

Location: Charlotte, NC / Irving, TX (Hybrid)



As a ServiceNow BA, you will:

Day to Day Responsibilities:
Serve as a liaison between Technology Controls stakeholders and ServiceNow engineering teams
Gather, analyze, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements
Create and manage Jira user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria
Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog refinement and sprint planning
Collaborate with developers to ensure requirements are clearly understood and delivered
Support UAT planning, execution, and defect triage
Assist with release planning and deployment readiness
