**Overview**
GovCIO is currently hiring for a **ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect** to lead the architecture, design, and implementation of an enterprise-scale ServiceNow CMDB solution for the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG). This technical role focuses on driving platform governance, mapping complex federal requirements to platform capabilities, and providing hands-on technical leadership across multiple platform areas.
