MUST HAVE SKILLS:
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping.
- Strong understanding of ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, and ITIL frameworks.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).
- Experience with integration tools and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
- Certifications: ITIL, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred).
