This is a Hybrid role
Responsibilities- Develop a deep understanding of products, solutions, integrations, processes, and workflows used in typical customer engagements.
- 3-5+ years of experience working in a ServiceNow Admin, Developer, or Architect role as a ServiceNow customer or with a ServiceNow implementation and deployment partner.
- Experienced working with the following ServiceNow components and modules:
- ServiceNow Incident Management (IM), Major Incident Management (MIM)
- ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM)
- ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM)
- ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
