Design and implement ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/ITOM/CMDB and HRSD. 
Customize the platform using GlideScript/JavaScript, Script Includes, and UI Policies. 
Build integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server) and scripted APIs. 
Create flows with Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Actions. 
Lead data migrations, transforms, Discovery, and CMDB reconciliation efforts. 
Resolve performance and security issues; support platform upgrades and releases. 
Collaborate with architects, PO’s, and QA to translate business needs into technical specs. 
Mentor junior developers, maintain documentation, and write unit tests. 
Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and enforce platform best practices. 
CSA required; CIS/CAD, Agile, ITIL, and cloud (AWS/Azure) experience preferred.
