Key Responsibilities
  • Participate in customer discovery sessions/workshops to understand requirements, current-state processes, and success criteria.

  • Design, configure, and develop ServiceNow solutions across ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge) and related capabilities as required.

  • Build and maintain workflows using Flow Designer/Workflow, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and ACLs.
