Job description
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Engineer to support the configuration and evolution of the platform as part of a strategic.
- Configure ITSM and ITOM capabilities.
- Design and enhance service requests (catalog items, approval flows, fulfillment workflows).
- Develop custom applications using App Engine.
- Build and optimize workflows using Flow Designer, including orchestration of approvals and fulfillment.
- Design and maintain integrations in an on premise setup (IntegrationHub Spokes, MID Server coordination, network/firewall constraints, connection & credential aliases, error handling/retries).
- Ensure platform performance, compliance, and health in an on premise environment (patching/upgrades coordination, monitoring, data integrity, access control).
