Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Specialist based out of India with strong expertise in designing, configuring, and deploying IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Security Operations (SecOps) modules. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB enhancements, and SecOps workflows to improve operational visibility, automation, and security response.
