Job Description
This is a 'ServiceNow Product Manager' position, essentially owning the platform and acting as the interface between the business from a delivery perspective and the managed service provider from a support / development / strategy perspective. Typical responsibilities and skills would include;
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and own the product vision for specific ServiceNow domains (e.g. ITSM, CSM,)
- Align the platform roadmap with business strategy, customer needs, and organisational priorities.
- Translate high‑level goals into clear product objectives, KPIs, and success measures
