The consultant will play a pivotal role in implementing and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) solutions, optimizing portfolio, program, and project management processes for our clients. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into effective technical configurations and customizations within the ServiceNow platform.
Responsibilities- Configure and customize ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) applications to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and develop technical solutions.
