ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead Location: Toronto, ON 
Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University) is seeking a strategic and hands‑on ServiceNow Technical Delivery Lead to lead the implementation of our HR team’s ServiceNow platform solutions. In this role, you will serve as the primary technical lead for our HRSD environment, driving the maintenance, design, and development of HR technology and data delivery initiatives. You will collaborate closely with HR leadership, business analysts, clients, vendor resources, and other subject‑matter experts to turn business needs into cutting‑edge workflows, ensuring our service delivery model remains agile, robust, and employee‑centric.
