Services Tendering Team Leader is responsible for leading the end-to-end Services Tendering function within the Global Services Hub, ensuring high-quality, timely, and compliant quotations while driving tendering hit rate and customer satisfaction. The role ensures strict adherence to Services Selling Governance and drives continuous improvement across tendering processes and team capability.

What will you do:

• Lead and manage the Services Tendering team to deliver accurate, competitive, and timely quotations
• Ensure full adherence to Tendering governance, risk management, and compliance standards
• Drive key performance metrics including:
  • Time to Quote
  • Tendering Hit rate
  • Quote quality
• Standardize and optimize tendering processes, tools, and workflows
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Operations and Project teams during...
