We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented professional to join an established commodities trading company as a Settlement Analyst. This role will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely settlement of physical and financial commodity trades.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the creation, distribution, reconciliation, and settlement of invoices for physical and financial trading activities.
- Ensure pricing, due date calculations, and invoicing processes are aligned with contractual terms and requirements.
- Handle the timely and accurate settlement of trades, including reconciliation activities and issue resolution.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to investigate and resolve invoicing discrepancies.
- Prepare, review, and verify invoices and supporting documentation, ensuring compliance with trade contracts and Letter of Credit (LC) requirements.
