About the Job
The SF Customs Brokerage Operations Associate is responsible for effective and efficient customs clearance on relevant platforms and according to customs rules and regulations. This role ensures that all customs declarations are processed according to procedure whilst engaging with relevant stakeholders to avoid delays and complications.
- Responsible for processing accurate custom declarations in Dubai customs - Mirsal-2 system in compliance with customs regulations & requirements.
- Have extensive knowledge of Dubai customs system procedures & prevailing regulations & respond to any internal or customer queries.
- Ensure all activities within the scope of customs are handled in 100% compliance with custom regulations.
- Arrange documentation & payments via DP world system.
- Ensure timely payment request for top up of Custom Duty & DP World accounts in order to ensure there is no disruption to operations.
