Wintel and Linux Administrators shall have the following qualifications/skills: with 5-7 years of experience.
• Shall have MCSE certifications
• Proficiency with most aspects of Wintel and basic LINUX (Redhat), system admin; for example: systems upgrades, package installations, jump-starting and configuration, fundamentals of security, installing third-party software;
• Solid understanding of a Wintel and LINUX-based/ operating system,
• Strong knowledge in TCIP, DNS, AD, clustering
Experience in VMware , WSUS
- Good understanding of file system, such as: GFS, ext4, UFS, NFS, ZFS, disk partitioning, file system tuning, configuring auto-mounts and troubleshooting, naming services, such as NIS, DNS. Understands basic routing concepts;
• Knowledge of clustering solutions, ESX RedHat Cluster;
• Knowledge of Redhat Enterprise Virtualization and SUSE Linux Enterprise Virtualization; Knowledge of Solaris Containers (Solaris Zone);
