Shadow TeacherResponsible for providing additional support to students, ensuring their assignments are completed, and creating a conducive learning environment.ResponsibilitiesEnsure students deliver all assignments and take home the necessary materials.Report to the school psychologist regarding academic achievement, peer relationships, and non‐academic factors when necessary.Report to the student's homeroom teacher to identify areas for improvement and develop an action plan.Support students who have difficulties completing assignments or who experience distractions in the classroom.Commit to safeguarding and promote the welfare of all pupils.Complete child protection training as required.QualificationsOrganization and planning skills.Fluent English communication; ability to give effective feedback to students.Strong relationship‐building skills with students and teachers.Minimum 1 year of experience working with students.Degree in Education or Psychology.CommitmentWe are committe...
