Hire Resolve’s Client are currently seeking a Shaft Engineer with experience in the mining industry to join their team in Mpumalanga. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of shafts used in mining operations, ensuring they meet safety, efficiency, and production targets.

Responsibilities:

– Conducting surveys and assessments to determine the feasibility of new shaft projects
– Developing detailed designs and plans for new shaft constructions
– Overseeing the construction and commissioning of shafts, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
– Monitoring and optimizing shaft performance to achieve production targets
