In accordance with the policies, procedure and standards of Chroma Hospitality, Inc. and Crimson Resort & Spa, Mactan, under the direct supervision of the Repair and Maintenance Manager, the Shift Engineer is responsible for effective operations and maintenance of the physical plant, Kitchen and Laundry equipment, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation system of the resort as well as its building decoration.
Daily Job Duties
1. Routine inspection in all machineries and equipment and conditions at the following:
- Generators (check coolant, battery, oil level, water level)
- Substations
- Booster Pumps and Pool Pumping Systems
- Desalination Plant Operation
- Sewage Treatment Plant
- Sump pits (all designated areas)
- Air handling units
- Chillers/Freezers
- Potable water tank level
- Boilers and Laundry Equipment
- Spa Equipment and Facilities
