The Shift Leader plays a critical role in the daily operations of the restaurant. This position is responsible for supporting the management team, ensuring smooth shift operations, maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service, and leading team members by example. The Shift Leader is expected to maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and exceptional customer service skills at all times.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise and lead team members during assigned shifts
- Ensure all operational procedures are followed efficiently and effectively
- Monitor food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards
- Address and resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
- Delegate tasks and ensure shift goals are met
- Communicate clearly with management and team members
- Manage inventory, monitor product levels, and reduce waste
- Perform opening and/or closing responsibilities as required
