A Day in the Life
As a leader within our Operations team in Auckland, you will be instrumental in managing our distribution performance to ensure our products reach our clients with agility and efficiency. Reporting to the Physical Distribution Centre Manager, you will lead and develop a team to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement during your shift.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Lead & Develop: You will coach your team leaders, setting clear objectives and fostering a high‑performing, motivated workforce to achieve daily targets.
