Key Functional Responsibilities

• Shift outcome achieves customer contractual services levels.
• Monitor and enforce procedural compliance for employees, and ensure corrective action is taken for all non-conformances on shift.
• Continuous improvements for shift actively pursued. Hold staff on shift to account.
• Shift plan includes staffing and equipment according to volume and timing. Report on Shift outcome (Plan vs. Actual)
• Consistently disciplined and trained staff on shift. Schedule and conduct / Hold staff meetings.
• Ensure that all staff is trained accordingly and certified.
• Resolve staff issues and queries promptly.
• Decisions taken guided by company values / values into account.
• Employees are constantly reminded of values.
• Responsible for shift planning by planning shifts in advance.
• Ensures accurate recording of staff time and attendance.
