We are seeking a Shift Manager Jr, based in Guadalajara, MX, to join the Amazon Logistics team.
You will be responsible for the day‐to‐day management of the delivery station, overseeing the under‐the‐roof (UTR) operation that focuses on the end‐to‐end process inside the building.
You will lead a team of Process Assistants and Associates in daily activities, including operational execution, performance reviews, training sessions, and communication with stakeholders and senior leadership.
