Position: Technician – DRP Mechanical Shift
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Shift Senior Mechanic and contractors in all mechanical maintenance activities.
- Execute preventive, corrective, and major maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Troubleshoot equipment failures, identify root causes, and provide solutions.
- Inspect equipment to meet engineering, safety, and quality standards.
- Follow the company's mechanical maintenance standards and OEM recommendations.
- Adhere to all safety, health, environmental, and quality procedures.
Requirements:
- Education: ITI Technical Certificate (Mechanical)
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in Direct Reduced Iron (DRI) or Direct Reduction Plant (DRP) mechanical maintenance in a steel plant
