Responsibilities

Directs the work of staff on assigned shifts engaged in the repair and maintenance of fleet buses and non‑revenue vehicles. Ensures that safe and compliant work practices are maintained, organizes and schedules planned and unplanned work, participates in the development of the shop work plan, ensures sufficient staff coverage, assigns vehicles, responds to road calls, ensures equipment and parts availability, monitors quality and time, completes and checks department forms and processes, attends committees and meetings, and liaises with security.
