Shift Technician

Role Summary

This multi‑disciplinary role plays a key part within the Barnstone operation, providing engineering expertise and support to the Production team. The Shift Electrical / Maintenance Technician is responsible for supporting plant performance, reliability, and safety through both electrical and mechanical maintenance activities. The role operates on a shift basis, providing out‑of‑hours engineering support to ensure continuous plant operation. The successful candidate will work closely with Production and Maintenance teams to minimise downtime, resolve faults efficiently, and support continuous improvement of plant performance, in line with Tarmac standards, policies, and procedures.
