Shipboard HR Director: People, Policy & Compliance Leader

MSC CRUISES is seeking an HR Director to lead the onboard HR Team and act as a business partner to the Master of the Vessel. This role involves managing HR operations, developing effective solutions for evolving business needs, and ensuring compliance with HR policies at all times.

The ideal candidate should have a MA in HRM/HRD or similar, plus 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the cruise industry. Solid grounding in employee relations and change management is necessary.
