SHIPFITTER (WELDER)

Summary You will serve as a SHIPFITTER (WELDER) in the LIFTING AND HANDLING DEPARTMENT (CODE 200), CRANE ENGINEERING DIVISION (CODE 210), CRANE MAINTENANCE BRANCH of TRIREFFAC KINGS BAY. Responsibilities You will be responsible for providing crane maintenance both preventive and corrective to TRIREFFAC-KB Category I, Category II, and Category III cranes. You will be responsible for repairing, overhauling, or modifying equipment that involves complicated and varied systems that are included on the portal, dock, and gantry cranes which are required to be maintained by TRIREFFAC-KB. You will be responsible for fitting, fabricating, designing, modifying, repairing, assembling, and installing various types of metal and metal alloy parts, equipment, systems, and structures.
