Shipping /Operations Executive (liquid bunker/ tanker)

Key Responsibilities:

Vessel & Voyage Operations

• Manage the day-to-day operations of tanker vessels owned, operated, or chartered by the company.
• Maintain effective communication with vessel masters, shipowners, charterers, agents, terminals, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth voyage execution.
• Monitor vessel movements and operational performance throughout the voyage cycle.

Port & Agency Coordination

• Coordinate with ports, terminals, and local agents regarding berthing schedules, cargo operations, and terminal requirements.
• Ensure timely submission of operational information and compliance with port and terminal regulations.
• Follow up on vessel turnaround and resolve operational issues to minimize delays.
