Role PurposeThe Shipping Operator is responsible for the end-to-end commercial and operational execution of voyages for tankers (Oil, Chemicals). The primary goal is to ensure safe, cost-effective, and timely cargo delivery while maintaining strict compliance with international maritime regulations and charter party agreements.
Key Responsibilities1. Voyage Execution & Monitoring
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the Ship’s Master, charterers, brokers, and port agents.
- Issue clear voyage instructions to vessels, ensuring compliance with Charter Party (C/P) terms.
- Monitor vessel positions, speed, and performance to ensure ETA accuracy and bunker efficiency.
