Position Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Shipping & Receiving Coordinator who will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct annual inventory audit. Coordinate with trucking vendors as appropriate and determine shipping priorities and methods required to meet shipping schedules.
- Prepare outgoing orders for shipment and arrange shipping transportation that optimizes service and cost.
- Utilize customer websites for shipments.
- Examine and verify contents of incoming and outgoing shipments for quality and quantity against records such as orders, invoices, or packing slips.
